Who You Are

- Have 6 months or more of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Strong interest in recruitment and people management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling multiple openings and coordinating with candidates
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets/Excel, and HR tools is preferred
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Good with AI and handling documents

What Youll Do

- Recruitment 80% Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate closure
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and feedback with hiring managers
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker and recruitment pipeline
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining coordination
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements




- HR Operations 20% Support day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee databases and HR trackers
- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for routine HR requirements

What We're Looking For

- 6 months+ experience in recruitment/HR
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setting
- Willingness to learn and grow across different areas of HR
