The jewellery sales assistant delivers high-end customer service, meets store sales goals, and maintains clean, secure product displays. This role requires robust communication skills and careful handling of high-value luxury items.
Key Responsibilities-
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, listen to their style preferences or budget, and recommend matching jewellery pieces.
- Product Education: Explain metal purity, gemstone features, pricing, making charges, and certifications.
- Sales & Targets: Meet individual and team sales goals by upselling, cross-selling, and closing walk-in inquiries.
- Store Operations: Arrange attractive counter displays, keep the sales floor clean, and assist with daily stock checks.
- Transactions: Support the billing process, handle payment methods, and manage customer follow-up calls or messages
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
