Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong leadership capabilities for a full time, on-site role in Calicut (Kozhikode) . You will develop and enhance HyperBlox products, taking ownership of features across the frontend and backend, with a focus on product quality, usability, and maintainability.

The role involves building responsive user interfaces, developing and integrating APIs, and optimizing application performance. You will guide and manage junior developers, participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation,



and promote sound engineering practices. Working closely with senior leadership, product stakeholders, UX designers, and QA teams, you will translate business requirements into reliable solutions and contribute to the technical direction and continuous improvement of HyperBlox products.

Qualifications

- Strong JavaScript programming skills, with solid knowledge of modern JS features and best practices.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (such as React, Vue, or Angular) and responsive UI development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and web standards, including cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON-based integrations, and basic debugging tools in modern browsers.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative workflows.
- Ability to analyze requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and create clear technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exposure to IoT is an advantage.
