About The Role We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team at Birlasoft. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using React JS.

You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design mock-ups into functional, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and React architecture, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in front-end development, specifically with React JS.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including async/await, promises, modules, destructuring, and DOM manipulation.
- Deep understanding of React component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods.
- Experience with responsive design principles, CSS Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to translate UX/UI mock-ups into functional, accessible web components following WCAG guidelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.




- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React JS.
- Implement responsive UI components based on detailed design mock-ups, ensuring accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications and functional interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and ensure code quality standards are maintained.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
- Assist in integrating front-end components with backend services and APIs.
- Document technical specifications and provide support during testing and deployment phases.
