Job Title: Java Full Stack – React Developer

Location: Chennai / Pune

Experience: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality GenAI, Java, and React full-stack applications .
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and technology decisions .
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services .
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security .
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing .
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments .
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field , or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience in GenAI and Java/React Full Stack Development .
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+ .
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot .
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles .
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and React applications .
- Good understanding of Git and up-to-date CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience working in Agile development environments .
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills .

Good to Have
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks .
- Experience with GenAI application development and integration .
- Knowledge of modern AI/LLM-based application architectures.
