About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Java Developer to join our client's dynamic team on a full time basis. This role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area and offers a hybrid work environment, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

The Java

Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications utilizing Java and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will ensure that applications are scalable, reliable, and perform optimally to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, building and integrating microservices architectures, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting issues throughout the development lifecycle. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to refine project requirements, implement technical solutions, optimize existing systems, and support deployment activities.

The Java

Developer will contribute to establishing best practices, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and continuously improving the development process to ensure delivery of robust software solutions.





Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in core Java and general programming skills, with proven experience in developing maintainable and robust code. Hands-on experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including designing, implementing, testing, and deploying applications, is essential. Familiarity with Microservices architecture, including developing, integrating, and maintaining distributed services, is required.

Proficiency with the Spring Framework (such as Spring Boot and Spring MVC) for building scalable Java applications is a must. Candidates should have experience working with RESTful APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, and version control tools like Git. Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are critical for working efficiently within hybrid teams.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is mandatory. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines will be considered advantageous.
