1. Recent hands-on Java and Spring Boot development
2. JUnit, Mockito and Spring-context automated testing
3. REST API design and testing
4. Git rebasing and conflict resolution
5. Docker and Maven or Gradle
6. CI/CD pipeline development or maintenance
7. SQL and relational database experience
8. Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka or RabbitMQ exposure
9. Documentation experience, including API specifications and technical design
