About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications using Java and Spring frameworks.

Your expertise will drive the continuous improvement of our software development processes within an agile environment, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions that meet business needs. You will write automated unit and integration tests to support our continuous integration pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and technical project managers, and evaluate third-party APIs for seamless integration. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to design, architecture, API specifications, and interfaces.

Mentoring junior engineers, performing code reviews, and providing technical guidance will also be key aspects of your responsibilities to foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong technical expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem,



including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.

Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases, is essential. Candidates must have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, XML, JSON, and Protobuf for data interchange. Familiarity with streaming frameworks like Kafka, Apache Flink, or Apache Storm, along with caching solutions such as Memcached or Redis, is highly desirable.

Industry-standard API tooling tools like Postman, Castlemock, Apigee, and Swagger are important for productive API development and testing. Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus, as well as version control systems like GitLab or GitHub and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, is required. Knowledge of application security standards including OWASP, and experience with code quality and security assessment tools like SonarQube, Fortify, and Veracode, are also necessary.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry technologies and trends.
