Java Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Java, React, Spring Boot, Microservices, cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern architecture patterns, along with the ability to provide technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define high-level and low-level architecture for scalable Java-based applications.

- Lead the architecture and development of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Define technical standards, architecture patterns, coding practices, and development guidelines.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and event-driven distributed systems.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, databases, and architectural approaches.

- Design solutions using relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Cassandra.

- Work with messaging and event-streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Design highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Review code and architecture to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with product managers, business teams, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.

- Drive implementation of CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, and DevOps best practices.





- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment and orchestration.

- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, documentation, and design principles.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

- Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.

- Strong experience in system design, distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React.js and JavaScript is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with modern architectural approaches such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event-driven architecture.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- 8+ years of experience in Java software development, with significant experience in application architecture and system design.

- Proven experience leading the architecture and design of enterprise-scale applications.

- Passion for continuous learning and exploring emerging technologies.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and make architecture decisions across multiple teams.
