Job Role -IT Senior Sales Strategist & Executive – Chennai

Strata Tech Sales, a division of StrataStack Technologies, is looking for an experienced IT Senior Sales Strategist & Executive to drive software/IT sales, build customer relationships, and guide our sales team.We're a field sales partner for B2B software companies expanding across Tamil Nadu. We deploy trained executives to meet business owners face-to-face — from Chennai.

Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Work Model:80% Work From Home + 20% Field Visits

Experience

3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or a related role.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT/software products.
- Identify and generate new B2B customer opportunities.
- Handle client meetings, product discussions, demos, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Plan and coordinate field visits across Chennai when required.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team.
- Track team performance, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Help team members improve their sales approach and customer handling.
- Work closely with management on sales targets and market strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities and improve sales processes.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of the Chennai business market.
- Proven ability to generate and close B2B sales.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a WFH environment.
- Willingness to travel for key client meetings and field activities.
- Tamil and English communication skills are preferred.
