About the Role

As an IT Recruiter RPO, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology hiring while working closely with client hiring managers delivery team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic hiring and partner directly with a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Technology roles

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking

Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, notice period, CTC, and cultural fit

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback

Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process

Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and joining follow-ups

Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline, and hiring reports

Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of IT Recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends

- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social hiring
- Good knowledge of Boolean Search, keyword sourcing, and talent mapping
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

- Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment MIS
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality hiring

Preferred Profile

- Experience hiring for IT Services, Product Companies, GCCs, Captives, or Startups
- Exposure to RPO, Client-Site Recruitment, or Account-Based Hiring

- Comfortable working from the client's office in Bangalore
- Strong candidate engagement and offer management skills
- Process-driven, target-oriented, and quality-focused

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
