We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

- Meet recruitment targets and timelines.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory.

- Strong experience in IT sourcing and recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.

- Excellent English communication skills Mandatory.

- Solid candidate interaction and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.

- Good knowledge of IT roles and recruitment processes.

- Candidates must be willing to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
