Key Responsibilities

- End to end project management from a business case to the end of benefit realization phase of the project
- Working with business stakeholders on conversion of business case into a project, return on investment identification, budget provision, estimation of the project, assign resources and infrastructure requirements of the project
- Manager and work with vendors who could be part of project execution as a resource or a service. Track and escalate the progress, manager vendor relations for the project
- Manage and track project progress, cost, risk, issues, decisions & assumptions. Intensive project planning and risk planning is expected to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Report project progress to wider range of stakeholders. Ensure project meetings and Steering Committee meetings are presented and well attended

- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Ensure that project governance is strictly adhered to, and projects are compliant
- Bring in the thought leadership in end to end to project management
- Bring in the best practices and support establishing formal process of adopting to such practices
- Contribute into establishing project management office, its SOP,



governance model and reporting mechanism by stablishing metrics and measurements
- Proven experience in rolling out project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheets
- Drive change management with various stakeholders by creating win-win standards & flexibility while truly focusing on value addition to business & getting the first-time yield right on projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Has a strong focus on risk and issue management within a project
- Experience supporting the development and rollout of a project management framework desireable
- Demonstrable ability to be able to flex communication style comfortably and consistently to stakeholder needs at all levels and disciplines
- Experience of working with teams in a multiple geographic locations and remotely
- Builds trusted and consistent relationships with peers and third parties
- Extensive experience of working in global environments
- Awareness of PMO processes, tools, their value and how they might be implemented
- Self-managed and motivated, able to prioritise when ownership or further escalation is appropriate
- Experience of working in a fast-paced matrix organisation, comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Strong customer focus, regularly communicates, seeks to make robust relationships, and can be relied upon to resolve – completer/finisher
- Demonstrable growth mindset, with a thirst for knowledge, questions, seeks to understand and continue to learn.

Excited by and keeps up to date with latest Technology developments. Proactively looking outside and proposes ideas.

- Awareness of Infra & Cyber security domains
- Awareness of networking – Lan, Wan, Wi-Fi, TCPIP etc
- Change and Project management knowledge and experience required.
