Position: IT Project Engineer

Job Purpose

Manage the companys ERP and business systems, support departments in resolving system-related requirements, coordinate with technical/HQ teams, and drive process improvements through technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Management

- Manage ERP implementation, go-live, daily operations, maintenance, and improvements.
- Ensure system stability and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal, external, and HQ technical teams.

2. IT & Business Requirements

- Act as the key contact for ERP and IT-related business requirements.
- Understand requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions, customization, or development.
- Track issues, enhancements, and project progress.

3. Process & Documentation

- Understand and document key business processes and workflows.
- Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and process documents.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

4. User Support & Training

- Provide ERP support and conduct user training.
- Ensure users follow standard processes and best practices.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

5. HQ & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with HQ and overseas teams on ERP, data, and system requirements.




- Provide regular updates on system performance, issues, and implementation progress.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments.

6. Continuous Improvement

- Identify technology-based solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, data accuracy, and process control.
- Support ERP enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in ERP, business systems, IT implementation, or application management.
- Positive understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and project follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong ownership, reliability, and willingness to learn and understand the business.

Preferred Experience

- ERP implementation and post-go-live support.
- Coordination with overseas/HQ IT teams.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution companies.
- ERP customization, system integration, automation, or data migration experience.
- Male candidates preferred.
