Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage daily IT support activities across all locations.
2. Review open IT support tickets with team members and ensure users receive resolutions within a 30-minute TAT.
3. Allocate work to team, monitor team performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across PAN India.
5. Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and switches.
6. Monitor security alerts, vulnerabilities, and incident response activities.
7. Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects across PAN India.
8. Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation.
10. Ensure projects are delivered on time.
11. 35 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity and IT projects.
