- Administration of AD, O365, Switches, Firewall, Gateway and Endpoint Security

- Hands-on skills on Zscaler, FortiGate, Sophos Endpoint security measures

- Worked on Manage Engine Asset Inventory and IT Helpdesk Ticketing System

- Experience in setup VC Applications like MS Teams, Google Meet and Zoom

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot of laptops, printers and mobile devices

- Basic hardware replacement (RAM, HDD/SSD, batteries, etc.)

- OS installation and configuration (Windows, Linux, macOS)

- LAN/WAN troubleshooting and support
