- Responsible for compliance, build management and follow-up of file transfer technical links o Perform all relevant technical requests o Execute all pre-defined test cases o Trouble-shooting problems and failed tests cases
- Responsible for Activity reporting o Produce all relevant KPIs for reporting
- Clarify requirements and cover the testing of finished features
- Support and answer queries from different support teams and stakeholders
