IT Administrator / IT Support Executive

Rasika International Rail Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and hands-on IT Administrator / IT Support Executive who can independently manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, operating systems and other IT infrastructure, while troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows Operating Systems, software and applications.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, scanner and other hardware issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches and basic network connectivity.
- Perform hardware/software installation, upgrades and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve Internet, email, system login and connectivity issues.
- Manage IT assets, inventory and basic documentation.




- Set up computers, user accounts, printers and other IT equipment for recent employees.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates and basic data backup activities.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.

- Able to work independently and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
