Key Responsibilities

- Perform line clearance before manufacturing, filling, labelling, and packing activities.
- Conduct online verification of BMR/BPR, manufacturing activities, filling operations, coding, and packaging.
- Perform in-process quality checks for appearance, colour, odour, pH, viscosity, homogeneity, temperature, and other applicable parameters.
- Verify fill weight/volume, container and closure condition, leakage, sealing, and fill accuracy.
- Check labelling for product name, batch number, MFG/EXP date, MRP, artwork, placement, and legibility.
- Verify packing materials, quantity, carton/shrink condition, coding, sealing, and overall pack integrity.
- Collect and verify in-process samples as per approved specifications and SOPs.
- Record observations and test results accurately in BMR, BPR, IPQC checklists, and controlled documents.
- Immediately report deviations, OOS results, mix-ups, filling variations, coding/labelling errors, and packing defects to QA and Production.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and control of non-conforming products/materials.




- Conduct final online verification before transfer of the batch to the next stage.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, SOPs, GDP, and approved quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, QC, and QA teams for effective quality control.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of IPQC activities in Cosmetics/Personal Care manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, GDP, and in-process quality parameters.
- Robust observation and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify and report quality deviations promptly.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of pH, viscosity, temperature, filling, packing, and labelling checks.

Educational Qualification B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or relevant qualification preferred.
