Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly end reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, general ledger accounting, intercompany reconciliation, and trial balance.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements by reviewing and analyzing data from various sources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in record-to-report (RTR) processes.

- Develop solid understanding of company's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to finance operations.

- Provide support for month-end closing activities such as preparation of monthly management accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce (B.B.A. / B.M.S. / B.Com).

- Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, including fixed assets accounting and general ledger accounting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; ERP systems like SAP an added advantage.
