Role & responsibilities

Objective (Purpose of the Job) We are seeking an experienced and strategic Investor Relations Lead to design, manage, and drive our end to-end investor communications and stakeholder management strategy. This role serves as the primary bridge between executive leadership and existing PE investors, institutional lenders, equity analysts, rating agencies, and future public shareholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Stakeholder &

• Investor Management • Act as the key liaison for investors, banks, mutual funds, and rating agencies.

- Maintain ongoing, transparent engagement, handling quarterly reporting, board decks, MIS, and performance updates.
- Develop robust working relationships with key decision-makers across institutional equity research desks, buy-side analysts, and syndicate partners. Private-to-Public Governance &
- IPO Readiness Transition • Drive the Investor Relations strategy for the company's transition from a private to public • Partner with the Promoters, CFO, CEO, and Investment Banking partners to prepare IPO-related investor documentation, including DRHP/RHP, presentations, and Q&A; briefs.
- Establish public-market standard corporate governance disclosures, quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and post-listing compliance reporting frameworks Financial Communication &
- Positioning • Formulate and articulate the company's long-term financial trajectory, credit strength, asset quality narrative, and growth metrics to the financial community.




- Prepare quarterly investor presentations, press releases, shareholder letters, annual report content, and earnings scripts.
- Monitor market intelligence, peer NBFC valuations, competitor messaging, and institutional market sentiment to continuously refine internal positioning.

Qualification Educational

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Qualified certifications such as MBA, CFA, CMA, or CA (Chartered Accountant) are preferred.

Experience • 7-12 years+ of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research within the Indian Financial Services / NBFC / Banking sector.

- IPO &
- Public Listing Track Record: Direct experience navigating or leading a private-to-public market capital transition (or managing IR for a freshly listed financial services company) is strongly preferred.

Skills &

Competencies • Stakeholder Mastery: Outstanding relationship management skills with a proven capability to align diverse stakeholders (PE board members, retail investors, debt funds, analysts, and founders).

- Financial &
- Analytical Acumen: Deep understanding of NBFC metrics (AUM growth, NIMs, GNPA/NNPA, credit costs, cost-to-income, and capital adequacy ratio).
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear strategic narratives.
