Job Title: International Telecaller / Sales Executive

Vivek Creation is looking for a confident and motivated International Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. This is a target-oriented sales role where the candidate will be responsible for contacting international prospects, generating leads, following up with interested clients, and converting opportunities into sales.

The role mainly involves selling our Website Design & Development, Website Redesign, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design and Social Media Management services to international clients, primarily in Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to international business prospects
- Introduce and explain our services professionally
- Generate qualified leads and identify potential clients
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up and lead records
- Achieve assigned monthly calling and sales targets
- Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements, quotations and project discussions
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients

Important: This is a target-oriented job.



Candidates should be comfortable working with monthly sales targets and regular follow-ups.

Sales Incentive:

Apart from the fixed monthly salary, additional incentives will be provided on successful sales/conversions. Higher sales performance can result in higher incentive earnings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good spoken English is mandatory
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Solid convincing and negotiation ability
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets will be an advantage
- Previous experience in Telecalling, International Calling, BPO, Business Development or Sales is preferred
- Freshers with strong English communication and confidence can also apply

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Sales Incentive Job Type: Full-time, Work From Office
