Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The role will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer communication, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Customer Management

- Handle client inquiries and maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
- Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely communication and conversion.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with domestic and international clients.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities.

Exhibition & Expo Coordination
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international exhibitions/expos.
- Manage exhibition space bookings and coordinate related logistics and arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of exhibition activities.





Travel & Visa Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel for directors and staff, including:
- Air ticket bookings
- Hotel reservations
- Local transportation

- Coordinate with external vendors for visa processing, documentation, and related requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with domestic and international stakeholders.
