Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate ( with all documents & without any backlogs
- Freshers & Experienced both are eligible
- Valuable communication skills in Fluent Hindi & English (Mandatory)
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate Joiners Required

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Assist customers by answering questions and providing accurate information.
- Handle complaints and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
- Process customer requests such as orders,



returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through polite, helpful, and effective communication.
