Role & responsibilities :

Technical Content Research -

- Research DSA, software engineering, system design, backend, databases, distributed systems, AI engineering, and other relevant technology topics for upcoming videos.
- Use documentation, engineering blogs, papers, codebases, interview discussions, benchmarks, and other credible technical sources to build accurate context.
- Break down difficult concepts and identify useful examples, common misconceptions, edge cases, analogies, and practical insights.
- Support technical fact-checking of ideas, examples, code snippets, diagrams, and claims before they are used in content.
- Prepare structured research notes and briefs covering key concepts, examples, references, and possible teaching flow.

Content Strategy & Ideation -
- Help identify high-value topics based on learner problems, interview preparation needs, software-engineering relevance, emerging technology, and gaps in existing educational content.
- Support weekly and monthly content planning across DSA, System Design / Software Engineering, and AI Engineering.
- Study strong technology educators, creators, courses, communities, and content formats to understand what makes technical education clear and engaging.
- Work with the creator to turn research into video ideas, hooks, outlines, and content series.
- Review learner feedback and basic YouTube performance data to help identify topics and formats worth exploring further.

Learning Design & LMS Support -

- Support the design of learning journeys for students who discover a topic on YouTube and continue learning it on the LMS.
- Help break broad topics into modules, lessons, prerequisites, practice exercises, checkpoints, assignments,



and revision paths.
- Support the creation or review of DSA problem sets, examples, coding exercises, concept checks, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
- Identify areas where learners may struggle and suggest hints, worked examples, prerequisite refreshers, and progressive difficulty.
- Help maintain continuity between free YouTube content and deeper LMS learning.

Collaboration & Execution -

- Work closely with the creator during ideation, research, outlining, and curriculum design.
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, platform teams, or other collaborators when technical context is needed.
- Maintain organised research repositories, source lists, topic backlogs, curriculum documents, and content calendars.
- Stay curious about new engineering ideas, tools, architectures, research, and discussions across the software industry.

What We Are Looking For -

- Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms and comfort with solving basic to intermediate problems.
- Good understanding of core computer-science and software-engineering concepts; exposure to operating systems, databases, networking, backend engineering, APIs, caching, concurrency, or distributed systems is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technical topics independently.



Good research instincts and the ability to identify credible technical sources.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts clearly without losing correctness. Strong written communication, structured thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity.
- Genuine interest in teaching, technology, and understanding how people learn.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent demonstrated technical ability.
- Students with 0-2 years of relevant exposure through coursework, projects, competitive programming, technical blogging, open-source work, teaching, mentoring, or developer communities are welcome.
- Prior experience with LeetCode / interview-style DSA, competitive programming, teaching, mentoring, technical content, or software projects will be an advantage.
- Educational-content experience is useful, but solid technical fundamentals and research ability matter more than prior social-media experience.
