Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer (3D Max) position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves developing interior design concepts, translating them into detailed 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max, and preparing presentations for client review.

The designer will collaborate with project managers to refine layouts, select materials, finishes, and FF&E; items, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop accurate plans and coordinate with project teams.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills to select appropriate fixtures, furniture, and equipment aligned with project requirements.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization tools (especially Autodesk 3ds Max).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in residential or commercial projects.
- Robust communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on client feedback and site conditions.
