Position: Intensivist - Critical Care Medicine

Qualification
- FNB - Critical Care Medicine
OR
- MD/DNB - General Medicine / Anaesthesia with IDCCM / ICCM / IFCCM
Experience 0-1 Year relevant experience
Professional Fees
1.80 - 2.25 Lakhs per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU under appropriate clinical protocols
- Conduct patient assessment and monitor clinical condition
- Manage medical and critical-care emergencies
- Review investigations and formulate treatment plans
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor patients on ventilatory and other critical-care support as per expertise
- Ensure timely escalation of deteriorating patients
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation and patient records
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety and hospital quality protocols
Candidate Profile
- FNB Critical Care Medicine OR MD/DNB Medicine/Anaesthesia with IDCCM/ICCM/IFCCM
- 0-1 year relevant experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and critical-care skills
- Good emergency management and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid medical registration
