We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation & Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA development, industrial communication protocols, and instrumentation systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-SCADA-based automation systems for water treatment plants, pumping stations, industrial automation, and utility projects.

PLC Programming & Automation

- Develop, modify, test, and commission PLC programs.
- Configure PLC hardware and I/O modules.
- Perform PLC-to-PLC communication setup and troubleshooting.
- Prepare control logic, interlocks, alarm management, and automation sequences.
- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

SCADA Development & Integration

- Develop and configure SCADA screens, graphics, reports, trends, and alarms.
- Establish communication between PLC and SCADA systems.
- Configure data logging, historical trends, and reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot SCADA communication and operational issues.
- Support remote monitoring and control systems.

Industrial Communication & Networking

- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as:
- Modbus RTU/TCP
- OPC UA/DA
- Ethernet/IP
- Profinet
- Profibus
- MQTT
- TCP/IP Networking

- Integrate field devices with PLC and SCADA systems.
- Configure industrial Ethernet switches, routers, and communication gateways.

Instrumentation

- Installation, calibration, commissioning,



and troubleshooting of:
- Flow Meters
- Pressure Transmitters
- Level Transmitters
- Temperature Sensors
- Analyzers
- Control Valves
- Actuators
- RTUs and Data Loggers

- Prepare instrumentation loop checking and commissioning reports.

Site Activities

- Site survey and system assessment.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Support installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
- Prepare daily progress reports and technical documentation.
- Conduct operator and client training after commissioning.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.

Experience

- 2 to 8 years of experience in PLC, SCADA, Instrumentation, and Industrial Automation projects.
- Experience in Water Supply, WTP, STP, Pumping Stations, or Industrial Automation projects preferred.
