- Trade processing & confirmation: Institution / Domestic / PMS and HNI clients. (Cash & Derivative)
- Trade Confirmation Emailing & EOD preparation.
- Client brokerage and scheme master setup.
- Daily basis brokerage reconciliation.
- Client & CP Code modification.
- Coordination with clients and local PCM for derivative trade confirmation as per deadline.
- Follow-up and Reconciliation of Brokerage pay in from Institutional clients.
- T day custodian confirmation for our Institution / Domestic / PMS and HNI clients.
- STP Contract to the Domestic Institutional Client & Custodian and FII clients using Omgeo for trade confirmation and reconciliation.
- Omgeo – CTM client updation and confirmation with FII clients. & FPI exchange reporting.
- All Institutional clients: Custodian or Non-Custodian clients trade confirmation and OTR reporting to exchange.
- Obligation settlement with the NSE/BSE and reconciling the brokerage, GST and STT.
- DVP trade and Buyback, QIP & IPO processing for Institutional clients.
- Coordinating with local and global custodian for scheme updates.
- MIS as per requirement (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Handling Internal & Exchange Operation Audit.
KYC Process:
- Recent and existing KRA download and setup process.
- Exchange reporting for the client UCC upload.
- Charges and brokerage setup.
- Follow up with existing client for new scheme setup.
- Client Coordination for new or existing scheme updation and team coordination updation.
