Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, online platforms, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion and customer retention.




- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports for management.
- Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and internet applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
