Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, and managing inbound inquiries to convert prospects into clients.

The role involves presenting RapiGrow’s consulting and CA services, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and solutions. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking the sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

The Inside Sales

Representative also supports account management, participates in sales campaigns, and provides feedback to improve offerings and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, such as transparent verbal and written communication, active listening,



and relationship-building.
- Candidates should possess customer-focused skills, including needs analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to present tailored solutions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and technical skills, such as CRM usage, basic MS Office proficiency, and accurate data entry and reporting.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of financial services, consulting, or Chartered Accountant domains, with the ability to understand business and tax-related concepts.
- Relevant experience in inside sales or telesales is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, maintain professionalism with diverse clients, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
