Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies for IT services and consulting business development in Europe, America, and other regions.

- Lead a team of inside sales professionals to generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recent business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions on demand generation.

Job Requirements :

- 17-25 years of experience in IT services or consulting industry.

- Proven track record of success in generating leads through various channels (demand generation).

- Strong understanding of the European and American markets with ability to adapt quickly to local cultures.
