NextBits Group is looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to help us open new doors with clients across the US and Europe.

If you are confident on the phone, have recent hands-on experience with cold calling, and can communicate fluently in English with international prospects, this could be your next role.

Role: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Remote

Shift: US EST (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Experience: 2-5 years

Type: Full-time

What you'll do:

Find and qualify prospects using Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects across the US and Europe

Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

Qualify leads using BANT, MEDDICC, or SPICED

Book discovery meetings for our Business Development team

Keep CRM data clean and up to date (Zoho/HubSpot)

What we're looking for:

2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR roles

Recent, hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound sales

Fluent English communication skills, with strong spoken English and confidence speaking with US and European clients

Experience selling IT services, software development, or eCommerce solutions

Solid phone presence and the ability to engage prospects through cold calls

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven





Comfortable working the US EST shift

Important: This role requires someone who is actively experienced in cold calling and can communicate fluently and confidently in English with international prospects. Candidates without recent cold-calling experience may not be a fit for this position.
