Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable education programs. ? Handle inbound and outbound leads. ? Conduct phone and virtual counselling sessions. ? Explain courses, fees, eligibility, and career outcomes. ? Follow up with leads and drive conversions. ? Achieve revenue and admission targets. ? Maintain and update CRM records.
