Your Role

- Management and implementation of commercial projects in SAP CX environment

- Be the contact person for your area of responsibility (Account Management &
- Marketing) and support the business in day-to-day operations

- Consulting the business and designing IT processes in the commercial area

- Implementing best practice processes and organizational models in SAP Sales &

- Service Cloud and integrating them into the associated SAP CX components and S4 HANA SD or MDM processes

- Close cooperation and collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners to create and implement a global IT commercial strategy

- Think outside the box and identify IT trends and innovations

Your Profile

- Bachelor or Masters degree in (Business) Informatics (or comparable) or a relevant higher education degree in applied sciences

- In-depth knowhow and experience with SAP Sales &
- Service Cloud implementation projects (5+ years)

- Very good understanding of Sales &





- Marketing E2E processes and terminology (Account Management, Sales planning, Sales Execution)

- Broader overview & continuous learning mentality of SAP CX landscape (EMARSYS, CDP, CDC)

- Experience with S4 HANA module SD and Business Partners is desirable

- Experience with integration, data migration and ABAP Dictionary is desirable

- Ability to work analytically, conceptually and with a certain hands-on mentality

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to travel to other locations from time to time
