- Review Power Purchase Agreements and Shareholders Agreements.
- Filing and appearing before electricity regulatory commissions, High Courts and the Appellate Tribunal of Electricity in matters concerning electricity law disputes.
- Review of infrastructure contracts such as government tender documents, EPC Agreements, Public-Private Partnership Concession Agreements, FIDIC contracts, etc.
- Assistance in preparing due diligence reports for MA transactions.
Required Skill Set
- Solid current knowledge of electricity and corporate laws.

- 1-3 years Post-Qualification Experience
