Job Summary The Infrastructure Delivery Manager leads the delivery of complex IT and infrastructure initiatives, acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, and ensures solutions are technically feasible, operationally reliable, documented, tested and production ready. The role owns the transition from project delivery into operational support and ensures successful service handover.
Scope
End-to-end technical delivery, service transition governance, operational readiness, risk and dependency management, stakeholder engagement, resource coordination and documentation governance.
