What You'll Do

1. Creator Relationship Management

- Build and manage a portfolio of creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop long-term relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for your creators.
- Understand each creator's niche, audience, and goals to identify the right partnership opportunities.
- Onboard new creators who align with The Fame Tales' talent network.

1. Brand Collaborations

- Identify and pitch relevant brand opportunities for your creators.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with brands.
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to maximize creator revenue and campaign opportunities.
- Ensure every collaboration aligns with both brand objectives and creator positioning.

3)Campaign Management
- Coordinate campaigns from onboarding to successful execution.
- Ensure creators deliver content on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Resolve campaign-related queries and ensure a seamless experience for both creators and brands.
- Track campaign progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Creator Growth

- Guide creators on positioning, personal branding, and long-term career development.




- Stay updated on platform trends, creator economy developments, and emerging content formats.
- Help creators build sustainable brand partnerships rather than one-off collaborations.

What We're Looking For

- 0-1 years of experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, or Account Management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the influencer marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for social media, digital culture, and the creator economy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
