Handles day-to-day procurement activities including vendor inquiries, purchase order creation, and delivery follow ups for Instrumentation materials, components, and industrial items required by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Float RFQs to approved vendors for required materials and compare quotations
2. Raise purchase orders in ERP/Excel upon approval and share with vendors
3. Follow up with vendors on delivery timelines and resolve supply delays
4. Maintain vendor communication log and update procurement tracker daily
5. Verify invoices against POs and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
6. Assist in identifying and onboarding current vendors for better pricing or faster delivery
7. Co-Ordination with the concerned Department Managers.
8. Support monthly procurement review meetings with data on PO status

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
