Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics professional to manage and oversee end-to-end logistics and transportation operations. The role will be responsible for fleet management, route planning, transporter coordination, compliance, team management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end logistics and transportation operations.

- Manage fleet operations, route optimization, and transporter coordination.

- Ensure timely movement and delivery of goods while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Monitor logistics KPIs related to delivery timelines, transportation costs, and service levels.

- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.

- Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead, manage, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational targets.





- Maintain and analyze logistics-related MIS and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

- Hands-on experience in fleet and transportation management.

- Strong vendor/transporter management and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

- Good understanding of logistics compliance and safety requirements.

- Strong team handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze logistics data and drive process improvements.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a relevant field.

- 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics and transportation operations.

- Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/dairy or a similar industry will be preferred.
