We are seeking a results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads from prospective clients. The primary responsibility is to understand client requirements for accounting, tax compliance, and business registration services, explain suitable service solutions, and convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Call & Lead Handling:
- Answer incoming inquiry calls, WhatsApp chats, and web leads promptly.
- Understand the client's business structure and compliance needs through active listening.
- Pitch suitable services (GST registration/filing, accounting retainers, company incorporation, income tax)
- Closing & Pipeline Management:
- Prepare service quotations, follow up on pending queries, and close deals efficiently.




- Overcome pricing objections by highlighting service value, accuracy, and qualified support.
- Log all call details, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.
- Coordination & Handover:
- Collect initial payment and onboarding documents from converted clients.
- Coordinate with the internal operations and accounting team for a smooth client onboarding handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling (experience in financial services, insurance, loans, or B2B services preferred).
- Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication in Hindi and English (Marathi fluency is a plus).
- Key Skills: Active listening, deal closing, objection handling, basic numerical ability, and CRM usage.
- Education: Graduate in any stream - B.Com / BBA / MBA (preferred).
