Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)

- Experience with RESTful APIs

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design

- Knowledge of Git/GitHub

- Familiarity with JWT, authentication & authorization

- Experience with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js – preferred)

Database & Backend

- Strong understanding of MongoDB (indexes,



aggregations)

- Knowledge of async programming and event-driven architecture

- Experience handling performance and scalability issues

Good to Have (Nice-to-Have Skills)

- Experience with TypeScript

- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)

- Experience with Power BI / analytics tools integration

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture

- Understanding of financial or effort-based data models

- Prior experience in forecasting, dashboards, or enterprise apps

Mandatory skill sets:

Node JS and REACT

Preferred skill sets:

- Familiarity with JWT, authentication & authorization

- Robust understanding of MongoDB (indexes, aggregations)
