Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedPerformance Test Engineer Engineer with 7+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in NeoLoad. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, monitoring, and analyzing performance tests to ensure application scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Performance Testing

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Strong understanding of performance-testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience designing and executing performance test scenarios.
- Experience with workload modelling and concurrent-user modelling.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and SLA validation.
- Experience identifying and analyzing application performance bottlenecks.

NeoLoad

- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad is mandatory.
- Experience creating and maintaining NeoLoad performance scripts.
- Experience configuring virtual users, transactions, workloads, and scenarios.
- Experience executing performance tests using NeoLoad.
- Experience analyzing NeoLoad test results and generating performance reports.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance test scenarios based on execution results.

SAP Cloud ALM

- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM is required.
- Experience using SAP Cloud ALM in testing/project environments.
- Ability to work with relevant SAP application/testing processes and project stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with SAP-based applications/environments.
- Understanding of application, database, and infrastructure performance monitoring.




- Experience working with databases and analyzing database performance.
- Knowledge of application/server monitoring tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience preparing performance dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop performance test scenarios using NeoLoad.
- Create and maintain performance scripts, workloads, and test data.
- Configure virtual users, transactions, workload models, and test scenarios. • Execute load, stress, endurance, volume, and scalability tests.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance during test execution. • Analyze response time, throughput, error rates, CPU, memory, database, and other performance metrics.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and support root-cause analysis.
- Prepare performance test reports with findings and optimization recommendations. • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and application teams to resolve performance issues.
- Maintain performance testing documentation and execution results.
- Work with SAP Cloud ALM for application monitoring/testing activities as required.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
- Expertise in performance scripting, workload modelling, test execution, and analysis. • Solid understanding of Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing. • Experience analyzing application and infrastructure performance metrics. • Knowledge of performance bottleneck identification and troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP applications/environments.
