Role Description The Implementation Trainer – EHR/RCM is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for training healthcare clients and their teams on OmniMD’s EHR and Revenue Cycle Management solutions, including system workflows, best practices, and product features.

Day-to-day activities include conducting individual and group training sessions, creating training materials and documentation, and supporting clients during implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.

The Implementation

Trainer collaborates closely with implementation specialists, product teams, and client stakeholders to gather feedback, troubleshoot user challenges, and refine training approaches.



The role also involves monitoring user adoption, preparing reports on training effectiveness, and ensuring that clients can use OmniMD solutions efficiently and compliantly in their clinical and billing operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of EHR workflows, clinical documentation processes, and healthcare practice operations.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including patient registration, coding, billing, claims, and payment posting.
- Proficiency in delivering software training: conducting classroom, virtual, and one-on-one sessions; developing user guides, manuals, and training materials.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Comfort with cloud-based healthcare applications and general IT literacy, including basic troubleshooting and user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to document processes and feedback clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (implementation, product, support) and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Prior experience in healthcare technology, medical billing, or clinical operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, business, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in healthcare IT or training are a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ahmedabad and, when required, travel to client locations for training and implementation
