About the Role

Prochant India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate Process Coach – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a proven ability to coach, train, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training and coaching sessions for current hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, policies, and best practices.
- Design, develop, and update training content, process documentation, assessments, and learning materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs, performance gaps, and coaching opportunities.
- Provide ongoing floor support and process guidance to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Facilitate refresher training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure process adherence.
- Maintain accurate training records, coaching trackers, attendance reports, and performance dashboards.
- Support process transitions, updates,



and implementation of new workflows or client requirements.
- Drive employee engagement through effective coaching methodologies and learning interventions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (US Healthcare).
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Medical Billing
- Payment Posting
- Denial Management
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up
- RCM workflows and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training batches and deliver impactful learning sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience as a Process Coach, Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or SME in RCM is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in developing training curricula and competency frameworks.
- Exposure to quality improvement initiatives and process excellence programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
