Role: UKG Implementation & Migration Consultant

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite Preferred)

Experience: 3 to 8 years (Flexible based on expertise)

What Youll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end UKG implementation & migration projects

Configure and support Timekeeping & Accruals

Handle data migration, validation, and cutover activities

Support testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities

Work closely with business, payroll, and cross-functional teams

What Were Looking For

Strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Central





Hands-on experience in Timekeeping & Accruals configuration

Experience with migration tools (Paragon, Navigator)

Knowledge of UKG APIs, integrations & troubleshooting

Experience in BIRT reporting (development & customization)

Exposure to UKG Bryte AI & Data Hub for analytics & insights

Strong understanding of migration strategy & UKG functional processes
