Urgent Hiring - "Payroll & Statutory Skilled" (Male Candidate)

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and salary inputs of nearly 500 employees at multi-location and multi-function like Plant,Sales, Consultant etc.

Handle PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.

Hands-On experience in calculation of TDS & Ptax.

Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) for exiting employees.

Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports, records, and statutory documentation.

Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with employees, HR, Finance, and external agencies for payroll and compliance matters.

Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve payroll-related queries.

Maintain accurate employee payroll and statutory records.





Mail organisational policy circulars, employee related official mails and others.

Requirements

37 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance & Tax.

Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.

Strong hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC,P.Tax statutory compliance, payroll, and F&F; settlement.

Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should be from Kolkata and residing in or near New Town.
