Must Have:

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Forescout CounterACT / EyeSight / eyeControl
- Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) concepts
- Hands-on experience with:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls
- Understanding of 802.1X authentication
- Experience in Windows, Linux environments
- Familiarity with SNMP, REST APIs, scripting (PowerShell/Python is a plus)

Security Knowledge
- Endpoint compliance and posture assessment
- Network security fundamentals
- Incident response and threat containment
- Integration with SIEM tools

Good to Have:

- Network security or NAC administration
- Hands-on Forescout deployment and operations

Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 enterprise environment
- Team collaboration with cross-functional teams

Essential

- Administer, configure, and support Forescout CounterACT platform
- Monitor network devices and endpoints for compliance and security posture
- Implement and maintain network access control policies
- Integrate Forescout with security tools such as:
- SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Endpoint security (EDR, AV)
- Active Directory / LDAP
- Perform device discovery, classification, and profiling
- Troubleshoot network access, authentication, and policy issues
- Configure 802.1X, SNMP, DHCP, and VLAN enforcement policies
- Create and manage alerts, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with network, security, and SOC teams
- Perform upgrades, patching, and system health checks
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
