We are hiring for "ICU Resident"

Qualification & Experience

· MBBS – 1–2 years of relevant experience

· BAMS / BHMS – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Salary: ₹70,000 per month – Negotiable

Higher Package: ₹1.2–1.4 LPM for candidates who can independently handle complete ICU responsibilities.

Location: KR Puram, Bangalore

Shifts: 8-hour shift / 6 days working

Job Responsibilities

· Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.

· Handle emergency and critical care situations independently.

· Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment as per protocols.

· Monitor vital signs, ventilator support, and other ICU parameters.

· Manage medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions.

· Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.





· Maintain accurate patient records and ICU documentation.

· Respond promptly to emergencies and deterioration in patient condition.

· Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.

Requirements

· Valid medical qualification with relevant clinical experience.

· Robust knowledge of ICU procedures and emergency care.

· Ability to work independently and make timely clinical decisions.

· Good communication and patient-management skills.

· Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.

· Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per hour
