About the Role

We're hiring an IAM Identity Security Associate with hands-on Saviynt experience to join a growing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team. If you enjoy solving identity and access challenges and want to work on enterprise-scale IAM implementations, this role is for you.

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years (relevant)

What You'll Do

- Design and configure Saviynt IGA solutions for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role management
- Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, UKG, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and custom applications using APIs and connectors
- Build custom workflows, business rules, and reports tailored to organizational needs
- Configure access reviews, Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, and compliance reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and connector-level issues

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Saviynt (workflows, connectors, reports)
- Solid understanding of IAM/IGA concepts — identity lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and other integration protocols




- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
